Hemp sourced in this fashion is more likely to yield better quality CBD as good manufacturing practices are enforced by regulatory bodies. Foreign sourced hemp does not necessarily meet the requirements that locally grown US hemp adhere to.
Organic CBD used in products – organic CBD is made from organic hemp, which indicates that the plant is not grown with the assistance of artificial fertilizers or pesticides. Organic produce, while not conclusively yielding superior benefits/ nutritional profile, do guarantee a greater sense of security as the threat of adverse effects from genetic modification or chemical additives is absent.

These flavors beat consuming unflavored CBD any day of the week which is known to possess a grassy – earth like flavor.

One important note about the gummies – we advise reading the lab results found on the website thoroughly for this particular category of products. This is because of some questionable language on product pages that led us to further investigate each in detail. For instance, on one page they state that the gummies are broad-spectrum, while on another they use the term “proprietary full-spectrum”.

Based on our findings, all of the gummies should be classified as full-spectrum since THC was found in detectable quantities.

CBD Muscle Salve

My Recommendation

Overall, Reef CBD hasn’t done a bad job considering that it hasn’t even been a year since they have been in business. Their product range is decent- and from all indications more is coming very soon (or currently sold out).

Prices also fall on the more competitive side which is helpful when new customers visit to encourage them to try one of the offerings. With that said, they do definitely need to clarify their “zero THC” products, as this isn’t necessarily reflected by lab results. That, and making a little more about the company publicly known and they would do pretty much all that a company needs to do in the CBD industry.

As such, I recommend them because they are on track to being an excellent company.
