Nordic Oil has been around the European CBD scene a little while, and has developed a reputation as an excellent brand by the public. Based in Germany, it is one of only a handful of CBD brands that has found its way into mainstream pharmacies, just to show how well it is received.

Being a heavily European based CBD supplement company, depending on where you are viewing their website from (the US or European locales), you may be disappointed or satisfied with what they indicate on their website. CBD Oil
The main product offered by Nordic Oil, their oil consists of full spectrum CBD extract and no artificial additives. It is also unflavored, to make it easy if adding to beverages or foods.
Their CBD oil tincture is available in three strengths, 500 mg, 1500 mg and 2500 mg and costs $39, $99 and $165 respectively.
Recommended for: the classic CBD experience- managing mild to moderate pain and inflammation, reducing anxiety and stress, managing occasional sleeplessness, refractive seizures, overall health and wellbeing.
Mani Drops
Nordic Oil’s Mani Drops consist of full spectrum CBD oil enhanced with the sleep promoting benefits of melatonin. A natural sleep hormone produced by the body, melatonin helps to reestablish the body’s natural circadian rhythm and coupled with CBD can make for deeply restorative sleep.
Boasting liposomal delivery for improved absorption, a bottle of the Mani Drops retails for $35 (with each bottle containing a total of 150 mg CBD).
My Recommendation
Nordic Oil is regarded as one of the most popular CBD supplement brands in Europe, and the fact that they are approved for sale in pharmacies throughout Germany is testament to that fact. However, for lack of a better word, it seems that overall regulation in the EU is “lax” compared to what companies go through in the United States.
Nordic Oil’s penetration in the US market may be difficult because they do not fare well against the many companies that do their best to meet quality guidelines. Their offerings are also limited to primarily tinctures, which are great as entry level products but often bypassed by seasoned consumers.
If they work hard to increase product range and add some more transparency to their website/ brand, they would receive widespread approval internationally.
