About the Brand
Every Day Optimal claim that their products are derived from industrial hemp and are 100% pure and free from contaminants, pesticides and heavy metals. Their products contain zero THC and are therefore safe to buy online from anywhere in the USA.
They seem to emphasize the ability of their products to treat ailments such as stress, anxiety, insomnia, and fibromyalgia and have specialist products for each of these conditions. They also really push their edibles and they have some solid options there if you are into that kind of thing.
Product Options:
Here are the options you can choose from:
Pure CBD Capsules – these are filled with CBD oil and come in four dosage levels 10, 15, 25, 50. These are your standard CBD capsules with no added ingredients.
Specialty Capsules
These are actually pretty cool. They are capsules containing CBD oil blended with other ingredients depending on your need. Right now there are three specialty lines available:
Fibromyalgia capsules – These specialist capsules are designed for Fibro sufferers. They come with 25mg of pure CBD per capsule plus 17 added vitamins and minerals which are intended to boost the ECS system naturally.
Sleep Aid CBD capsules – These contain 25mg of CBD each as well as seven proven sleep-promoting vitamins (B-Phenyl-Gamma, L-Theanine, N-Acetyl-5-methoxy Tryptamine, Piper Methysticum, Scutellaria, Passiflora, Melatonin).
D-Stress CBD Capsules – These are a specialist formula for anxiety and stress. These contain 25mg of pure CBD per capsule as well as six added ingredients which are supposed to promote stress relief. These ingredients are Calcium, Magnesium, B-Phenyl-Gamma, Magnolia Bark, L-Theanine, Piper Methysticum, Scutellaria, Passiflora.
CBD Gummies
These are pretty standard CBD gummies and a good option. They are pure and clean, with no added ingredients or chemicals. Each bottle contains thirty gummies and they come in three different dosage options:
1. 10mg – These are good for mild stress and anxiety. They could be an excellent daily option to keep stress levels down.
2. 15mg – These are better for a wide range of conditions and you should take these if you are looking to use gummies as a substitute for capsules or oil. They are great for basic pain management, anxiety and insomnia.
3. 25mg – These gummies are strong. Take these for fibro, arthritis, depression, extreme anxiety, and other acute conditions.
Chewing Gum
The idea here is that by chewing gum you will release the CBD into your system slower. This means a higher absorption rate over a longer period. These only contain 10mg and are worth taking if you are into chewing gum (which I’m personally not).
Tinctures
The idea behind tinctures is that they are absorbed exceptionally quickly by the body. You administer this by dripping the CBD oil under your tongue. You can also add these to your food or drink, although it won’t absorb as quickly as dripping it under your tongue.
One serving is supposed to be half a dropper so start with that, and you can add more if you think you need it.
The tinctures are a popular product and one of the most widely use methods of dosage among CBD users. Every Day Optimal tinctures come in six different dosage options:
300mg – Best for people looking for soothing and relaxing effects. Not suitable for medical use but for those who want to relieve some mild stress or chill out. This is a great option if you are new to CBD Oil.
600mg – This is more potent than the 300mg and good for experienced users looking for mild stress relief or for new users who need something strong. If you are an experienced user, you might consider taking a whole dropper of this, but for newbies stick with the half dropper and increase your dosage over time if you are not getting the full benefits.
1000mg, 1800mg, 2000mg – These are the strong options for serious users. I personally would only take these for real anxiety, depression or pain management. If you just want something to relax you then look at the lower dosages.
4000mg – This will kick in quick and really pack a punch. If you are looking to relieve acute symptoms quickly (especially pain) then this might be the option for you.
E-Liquid:
Did you know you can vape CBD in your electronic cigarette? That’s right and it gets better – there are different flavors available. If you have a vape pen handy, then this might be the option for you.
Every Day Optimal has two different levels of Vape oil – 300mg and 1000mg. Honestly, the 300mg should be enough for most people, but if you need relief from acute conditions, then you might want to try the 1000mg.
The bottles come with 60ml of e-liquid each and contain pure CBD isolate combined in a 70/30 VG/PG split. Right now they have three flavors to choose from; Strawberry Cream, Honey Melon Kush, Marshmallow Magic. So take your pick and get your CBD and morning vape in one go.
My Verdict
One thing that caught my eye is their specialty lines, the ones designed for fibro, sleep, stress and anxiety. I have looked up the science behind these ingredient formulas and they seem to be pretty legit. If I was taking CBD for one of these specific reasons then I would go with those specialty lines.
The edibles and gummies are pretty standard – they are a solid option but no different from other brands and they don’t get very strong. If you are looking for stronger edibles, you can find them from other sellers.
The tinctures are great. They have a wide variety of dosage options and the 4000mg is one of the strongest I have seen on the market. If you are looking for tinctures, then these guys are a great way to go.
The e liquids are pretty standard. However, I like how they have three different flavors to choose from. If you find a flavor you like the look of here then these are a solid choice.
